We were tasked with documenting the senior collection of SCAD alumna Ashley Romasko, who was chosen to represent the university in the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers competition.
Approach
This senior collection was inspired by the designer's grandfather, who came to the United States and started a sewing machine repair shop. The use of everyday objects — ladders and chairs — speaks to the hard work that happens behind the scenes to make dreams happen.
Results
In addition to a personal portfolio, this shot can be used for marketing/admission purposes, such as the SCAD 2018–19 catalog to showcase the success of SCAD alumni.
