Every year, my son and I do a trip photographing abandoned and off-the-beaten path locations and last summer we passed by this art installation in the middle of the barren Texas desert.

We arrived at the location just as the sun had set and the front face of the building was in almost complete darkness except for the interior lights. We decided that the front needed more light so we positioned our car to have the headlights illuminate the front of the building just enough to give it some texture.
