The National Student Show and Conference is the nation’s largest student creative competition and conference for visual communications students. Each year, the competition draws thousands of entries from across the county. Students whose work impresses our panel of nationally renowned judges take home part of $20,000 in scholarships and best-of-category monies. The three-day conference annually attracts hundreds of students and educators to Dallas, Texas, where they are inspired by industry-leading keynote speakers. Students also attend breakout sessions, get feedback on their work during roundtables and portfolio reviews, and have real chances of landing jobs at the job fair.

This poster served as the call for entries and conference announcement, and was mailed to hundreds of visual communications programs across the country. The launch theme was chosen to get students excited about “launching” their careers and inspiring them to shoot for the moon. Corny, sure, but it got the students fired up and ready for launch.
