Kaleidoscope Collection acquired a new hotel and whilst they were renovating the property we were asked to rename and brand the hotel to help generate sales prior to the opening.
No.15 Great Pulteney is an elegant new townhouse hotel located on one of the grandest streets in Bath. Sitting in the luxury boutique segment, this hotel has a very individual style and offering. We developed the name and brand identity for the hotel centred around ‘Luxury for the curious’. The sophisticated brand has helped to raise the profile of the hotel and generate bookings prior to launch.
Since the brand launched, they have averaged 81% occupancy. It has also won highly commended for Newcomer at the Bath Life Awards, the owner Ian Taylor won Best Entrepreneur at the Creative Bath Awards and the branding won silver at the Drum Roses Awards. “We began renovating No.15 Great Pulteney in March 2016 with a view to opening at the end of 2016, so it was important that we begin to drive sales from the very beginning – the brand, messaging and campaign have been vital in raising the profile and encouraging customers to book.
