Communicating to real estate investors is a bit tricky. Since CWS Capital is not a public company, it has particular a communications challenge with its investors. That is to be consistent in updating them on the direction the company is taking with their investments. And with the volatility in the real estate market continuing to challenge the investment community in the U.S., CWS wanted to reassure their investors that they are constantly "looking" for new signals, or hints, in the market.
Our approach was simple. Divulge the latest "vision" the company had for 2015 in three stages; their (1) Insight, (2) Foresight, and (3) Hindsight. This allowed the three partners of the company to write to their particular individual strengths. This shows how CWS is not only focused on future growth, but to reassure the investors that they are continuing to "look" at the real estate mark in different ways.
The theme and the design were a huge success. So much so that CWS invited us to us the same theme and design for their annual Partners Meeting. All investors and company personnel wore black and white casual to the meeting and we included some illusion tricks in the presentation slides that engaged and entertained the viewers in a surprising and fresh way. A month later, the CWS Capital president phoned us personally and informed us that it was their most successful turnout to date and something new had happened. People were already wanting to reserve their spot for the 2017 Annual Partners Meeting, which was great news.
