Talking about menstruation is largely a social and cultural taboo. McKinsey in partnership with The Case For Her wants to tackle issues and social stigmas around menstruation.
Half of the global population menstruates, yet it has various cultural and social stigmas attached to it. In this patriarchal world, the conversation around menstruation has been silenced to the extent that women themselves have internalised these taboos where even they often refrain from talking about it openly and certainly not in detail. We intended to design a campaign that begins this conversation through various touchpoints encouraging women to talk menstruation in away they’ll be comfortable with.
