The charge was to make the post-COVID return to the office fun, exciting and memorable for our Bailey Lauerman employees that have been working from home for more than a year.

Present the office re-entry process as how it will feel for a everyone coming back from 1.5 years away…like you’re re-entering from space, blazing back to the office through the earth’s atmosphere.

After creating our NASA-style re-entry organization, BL Post COVID-19 Office Space Re-entry Program (or BLCOSREP) we created a series of videos that showed employees how to prepare for their transition from fuzzy slippers, messy hair and masks to space boots, helmet, and goggles. We then created a series of promotional and swag materials that included posters to commemorate the occasion as well as email instructions, Mission Manual one-pager, flip-book notepads, stickers, hats, patches and more.

Our assets made for a smooth transition back into the office environment for all BL employees, in addition to the assets created, there were planned events and happy hours—such as a cocktail experimentation event—that were all in same space re-entry theme.
