POST is a conversation of the people that analyzes the postmodern era of
design and culture. Post explores the effects of postmodernism on media, fine arts, and on corporate interests. The tone of the magazine should be reflected in its lack of commitment to a topic, and it should be easy to wander through the pages without getting
stuck. The goal is to spark thought, introspection, and humor through acceptance of the strange times we live in.
POST is a pun on a few levels, being a shortening of the title, postmodernism; a callback to what print used to be (think: Washington Post) as well as the statement that this takes place at
the end. The concept of the end of culture is reflected in the mindset of many members of generation Z, and is somewhat inspired by my personal experiences with derealization.
