2020 was a year full of unusual challenges, but there were some bright spots as well. Historically, we’ve used our annual report as a way to show our business dominance in the marketing space. But this year was different. With a goal of motivation and inspiration, we spoke with small businesses finding new ways to succeed and highlighted people coming together to stand up for what’s right. From customers to cultural moments, we featured the silver linings from the year that was.
