We were tasked with creating a campaign that would help furniture brand Burrow stand out from the noise and establish itself as a different model for furniture companies.
We created the No Filter campaign to deliver a refreshing dose of honesty. It depicts the before and after of the scenes we expect to see photographed, the messy moments of everyday life at home. It celebrates the pleasure in saying no to plans and pouring yourself a glass of champagne and eating leftover pizza. The foundation of the brand is this emotional truth that home is where we drop our guard and allow our desires take priority — and this photo nails that sentiment in a fresh, unexpected creative style. Because life does not look like out of the pages of a catalog or an influencer’s grid, and Burrow is the only furniture brand that embraces the little flaws and mundane moments that make up the bulk of daily life.
The campaign succeeded on numerous levels. For one, it successfully captured the attention of people who had grown accustomed to boring, sterile, and lifeless furniture advertising. The photography was used during Burrow’s highest-grossing sales period to date.
