The Finale is the final stage of Mirvac’s master planned Melbourne community, Waverley Park, which first launched over 10 years ago. The 175 lots are located around the central park and wetland area, a prime position in the centre masterplan with unlimited access to the natural surrounds. Hoyne were briefed to create a campaign to appeal to both the existing and future community, generating excitement about the final completion which would draw the the whole development together.
The creative for the posters was inspired by the opportunity for prestigious living close to nature. The theme of seasonality was used to illustrate the rarity of the offering.
The resulting posters were vibrant and exciting. We used premium hand cut paper craft inspired by nature to create an accessible, yet luxury set of posters. The tagline ‘Ever Changing’ not only refers to the beautiful natural surrounds and their seasonality, but also to the development itself, which is still growing and establishing 10 years after launch.
