Create a vector-based poster based on a Stanley Kubrick Film.
Approach
I wanted to create a poster that at first glance would allow the viewer to identify the movie in an iconic way. Several motifs could have worked for this movie, but I chose two that help visualize the movie title and story.
Results
The result is a cigarette wafting smoke in an atomic cloud shape. Fans of the movie can quickly identify the correlation between Dr. Strangelove, who is always seen smoking, and his love for the atomic bomb.
