Create a logo design for a new real estate sales and property management company.
To establish an upscale and refined design to contrast with the immediate local competition which does not appear to visually reflect confidence and trust the consumer is searching for. In doing so it was important for the design to convey a welcoming and approachable feeling. An “open door” in the shape of the letter “M” was my solution —and the circle giving the design a more complete result.
The client immediately saw the “M” but didn't see the “open door” element until a moment later. He fell in love with the double entendre in the design and feels the logo is smart and welcoming. The client is also pleased the logo gives a sense that the company is a well established, professional company.
