Began in 2002 Korea International Poster Biennale came to a halt after its 2nd biennale in 2004. Design and cultural sectors deliver messages to continue the poster biennale by creating bubbles of a human shape, which portrays this unfortunate situation. It appeals to the related organizations and institutions to prevent the only poster biennale in Korea from coming to nothing. Even though the bubbles vanish, the traces of burst remain as the bubbles are created by grinded ink. Also, the work KIPB (Korea International Poster Biennale) is made to stand out. This is a kind of protest poster to continue the biennale in the future.
