We were tasked with creating dynamic and moving images, but were limited to capturing images only on the grounds of the mall, as a nod and connection to the history of the place.
We mix the models into the environment rather than simply posting in front of it, whether it's green and natural or architecture. Using a shallow depth of field allows the client to overlay copy as needed for their messaging.
Coming out of the pandemic the client is seeing a return of tourism to Waikiki and to shopping. My goal is to represent a positive and uplifting mood, both the agency and the client are very happy with our results.
