Eyelashes are so small that you might step on them if you are not paying enough attention. They are tiny. Their tiny dead bodies can be stacked into those gaps under your shoes. In the daytime, they are human or other animal’s eyes. At night they can jump out of a human or an animal, they got to walk around the world of darkness. Eyelashes don’t like fish because fish never close their eyes. Eyelashes from Giraffe, hornbill, elephants are tall, they take a mini bigger step than other of their friends. At night they see the world that people do not always see. Darkness is not #000000 Hex value to them. They can see so many other colors. They have never posted anything on Instagram, they have never posted anything on Facebook or WeChat... They look into the world with their eyes, they walk around the world with their legs. Some of them have more legs, some of them have less. They don’t really talk a lot. No matter they are human or animal, they all look quite similar. We don’t really have intersection moments with them. Well, I mean, when we close our eyes, we don’t really care what is happening in the world, we don’t know the existence of Eyelashes. When Eyelashes wake up and run around, the body of humans or animals are falling asleep, deep sleep. The body of humans or animals is just part of the background scene, part of the bed, part of the tent, part of the ground, part of the chair. To Eyelashes, a human being or an animal might be a mountain, might be a laying tree, might be a mushroom. Even though we don’t breathe like mountains, we don’t breathe like trees, we don’t breathe like mushrooms, breathing out Oxygen. We are human beings, we are animals, who breathe out Carbon Dioxide, like rows and rows of smokestacks in a giant factory, exhaling CO2, days and nights.
