Mermaid, Inc. partnered with Pace Advertising & were hired by Red Apple Group to design the logo as well as all the collateral materials for this rental building in the hot Fort Greene area in Brooklyn.
Approach
This intertwining logo mark symbolizes a perfect balance between nature & urban convenience. The building is located a block away from Fort Greene Park & near the hip Downtown Brooklyn area.
Results
The Giovanni is quickly leasing up. The Red Apple Group was so happy with the results they hired us to create the branding for their next building as well as redesign their company logo.
