Create a name and logo for a drinking vinegar or "shrub" for launch at the Charleston Food and Wine Festival.
HOOK is in love with the Honey Badger. So when tasting and discussing the product we mentioned a documentary we were watching about a South African wildlife preserve rehabilitating injured honey badgers. Our client watched it and we agreed the name was a fit. The key was making the badger seem as though he could be from the era when this beverage became popular. We used techniques from currency and passports to give him an air of royalty.
Badger was among the most visited bars at the festival. It was on tap in a well-branded booth. Badger is featured in plenty of cocktail menus locally and is in production for retail release.
