The Team Identity posters were created to serve multiple objectives. More than just corporate signage or team representation, they were designed as morale-building tools to boost enthusiasm and bonding amongst team members. Each team name identified in the poster is inspired by the the team members themselves.

Using art deco style as inspiration, we wanted to create posters that were timeless, with a vintage/retro-inspired flavor. Being in a city of great architecture, our designers are inspired by great 20th century themes just by looking out the windows at the buildings that surround our office. With these new posters, each team is able to leave their mark, with a distinct and colorful identity.

Posters were situated prominently within each team area. Team members reported that the naming of their groups, and this new team identity boosted camaraderie, team spirit, and brought a friendly, good natured level of cooperation to their work areas. Other team names/areas were since suggested as all employees wanted to be included in one of these new group dynamics.
