Assignment
Every year, Compass hosts a REtreat for agents across the country to connect, learn and build relationships with agents in different regions. Last year, 2,300 agents made their way to the great city of Austin, TX. Austin is known for its casual scene and eclectic type aesthetic.
Approach
We created a system that featured a custom typeface that felt blended in seamlessly with Austin's design scene and a color palette inspired by Texas BBQ.
Results
The Compass REtreat events team raved about how amazing the design team was through the year-long collaboration of bringing the REtreat to life. Attending agents were blown away by the final visuals executed across the city of Austin, and felt the branding blended well with the Austin casual scene.
