While the world was consumed by an actual pandemic, a fictional show about a fictional pandemic, with a vaccine meant to kill children became a tough sell. The marketing had to do a lot of heavy lifting to emphasize aspects of the series that were outside of the narrative that hit too close to home.

We leaned into the gritty, modern "Alice In Wonderland" vibe of the show, and created a life sized version of the comic book that the narrative of this series is built around. The comic book has concentric circles cut out of the center of it, giving the sense of going into a "rabbit hole".

This art was a big success at San Diego's Comicon, and mini posters of the art were created and given out to eager fans of the series.
