In 2021, an international exhibition themed “Human Communication” was held online and also in the museum in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The pandemic prevented people come meeting in person, and most activities were
switched online. As a result, our hands became the main tools to communicate with others by inputting our ideas and messages on the keyboards, To express the networks of online communications, fingers were depicted in the images of roots and branches . Binary code symbols of 0 and 1, which are the possible states of off an d on used in digital computers, were also added to accentuate the online communication.

People might lack of direct communication amid the pandemic, but nothing could stop humans from communicating with each other. Even though we can't meet in person, but we can still make contact continuously.
