To create a poster for the Luminae Photography exhibition to announce the date of the event.
Approach
The idea behind the main imagery of the poster was composed by combining a flower with the camera shutter. Each petal is an example of macro photography featured in the event. The images were selected based on their color association to their placement in the color wheel.
Results
The poster was conceptual and easy to read keeping the main focus on the element of macro photography in the center. The photography within the logo gives a sneak peek into some of the works being featured in the show.
