This is the new logo of amana’s new division whose business focuses on visual production. The new division is called “V.” This “V” represents that for new “Visual,” new “Vision” and new “Venture.” The logo was required to visually embody all these meanings.
While taking the typography of “V” as a symbol, logo designing has produced a shape of V with the tip of it breaking through. This is an unprecedented new element of “V” created by destroying existing ideas to develop new images of Visual, Vision and Venture. In terms of the color, only black was used to make it simple and easy-to-remember.
This new logo of “V” has been used for various communication tools such as presentation materials to introduce the new division, envelopes, cards, and videos. Due to the shape of breaking through being simple and easy to be visually recognized, the logo was able to give an impression of destroying existing ideas to viewers and offer the “expectations for the future” that this division aims for.
