As part of the 7th International Triennial of Stage Posters held in Sofia, Bulgaria, international poster designers were asked to respond to the theme "CONTACT."

My interpretation of the theme included male and female hands touching; symbolizing the differences between their natures. The bright, poppy color of the female hand is meant to contrast the rough, coarse, and out-of-focus nature of the male. The image began with a pencil drawing that was then scanned into the computer where I added the vibrant undertones and blurred textures, all to imply "contact".
