The goal was to create a poster for the McKinney Performing Arts Center's upcoming play Drinking Habits, written by award-winning playwright Tom Smith.
Approach
The concept was stained glass. Moving forward with the concept in executing it to give the viewer the feeling that one gets when in an empty church. All the while little easter eggs are in the stained glass to inform the viewer what the play is about.
Results
A poster with a strong focal point to capture the viewers. Drawing them into the subtle information in the iconography of the glass to keep them curious about the play. To give the viewers cause to go see this play.
