Graphis ArchivesI grew up on the Baltic Sea and knew very early that I wanted to become an illustrator. I did an apprenticeship and worked for four years in graphic design agencies in Germany. But that wasn't quite enough for me and I started studying visual communication. Now I work as a freelance graphic designer and do my PhD in design theory at the Bauhaus University Weimar.
I am very detailed and argue about millimeters. Besides illustrations for books and designing scientific infographics, posters and illustrations, I love to design logos.
My passion is the reduction, the abstraction and the illustrative representation of complicated processes. This can be scientific operations, logos for companies or illustrations for stories.
