Biography/Work Experience

Hoon-Dong Chung is a designer in Korea. He received a MFA in Computer Arts at the Academy of Art University in USA and a Ph.D. in Design at the Graduate School of Dankook University in Korea. Currently, he is an professor at Dankook University.

His works have been shown in international exhibitions and received more than 200 awards including Graphis Annual, German Design Award, Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany, Red Dot Design Award, iF Design Award, Good Design Award, Creativity Design Awards, HOW Design Awards, International Design Awards/IDA, K-Design Award, Indigo Design Award, Creative Quarterly, etc. He also received a Commendation from the President of Korea at the Korea Design Award which is known for “Korea's highest honor in Design”.
