Purchasing a Product
It is not necessary to register with Graphis.com before making a purchase through our online store although it is encouraged, as your personal information will be saved and it will allow you to review your purchase after it has been placed.
Browse or search for products in our Store. Our products are separated into Annuals, which are continuously produced on a yearly schedule, Non-Annuals, which are produced continuously but not annually, and Additional Titles, which are not continuously produced. Within Annuals, the titles are separated into categories: Design, Advertising, Photography, Annual Reports, Poster and New Talent, which features work by students from around the world. Within Additional Titles, the titles are separated into categories: Design, Advertising, and Photography; Photography is separated into Commercial, Fine Art and Nudes.
When you have found a product you would like to purchase, you must choose your item format. Some books are available in Hardcover (Books) or Softcover (Magazines), other are available in PDF or others are available in both formats as a package. You must select one option by clicking the button in front of the format name.
Once you have determined which item format you would like to purchase, there are two options.
- Add to Cart: To immediately buy a product at the price listed, select Add to Cart. Once the product has been added to your cart, you have the choice to Keep Shopping, which allows the product to stay in your cart while you browse additional products, Clear your entire cart, Update the cart after you add a Priority Code discount or edit your quantity, or Checkout, where you complete your Graphis order.
- Save for Later: If you are interested in a product but would like more time to decide, you can save the product to your account. After selecting the product, you have the option to Add to Cart (see above for more information concerning this action), Remove the particular item from your saved products, Keep Shopping, which allows the product to remain saved while you browse additional products or Clear all the saved products.
If you would like to order bulk quantities, please contact our Customer Service office. All boxed orders in multiplies of ten receive a 50% discount.

Checkout In order to checkout, all fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
You can view the products you are purchasing by selecting the product name in My Cart. Your basket will also list the quantity of each product and the total cost of your products.
If you selected any products to Save for Later, you can also view these at the time of checkout. Your saved items will be located underneath your Cart.
Payment
On this page, you can see your Cart, which now includes the shipping cost and the total cost. You still have the option to Edit your Cart, Clear your Cart or Checkout and change your shipping and/or billing address.
Graphis currently accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Please enter your credit card information without spaces or dashes.
All orders must be prepaid. Graphis has a strict no-return policy, including orders where the quantities or titles of the purchases were incorrect. We do not provide refunds or product exchanges for these cases. If you have a discount code, the code must be entered at your time of purchase after adding your product(s) to your Basket. Discount codes are case-sensitive. Only one code may be used per purchase. We do not provide refunds for Discount Codes that are not used. Check your order carefully before selecting Submit. Once Submit is selected, your order has been placed. Your credit card will be billed and you will receive an invoice via email.
If you would like to review your order after it has been placed and you have registered with Graphis, you can select My Account and view your history of purchases under Store. If you do not have an account, you will be able to review your purchase through the invoice that will be emailed to you.
Shipping Information
All domestic products are shipped via United States Postal Service and typically take four to ten business days to arrive. Canadian orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and typically take five to twelve business days to arrive. Other international orders typically take 12 to 22 business days to arrive, depending on your country location.
Bulk orders, which are any orders over nine books, shipped domestically will arrive between one to seven days via FedEx or UPS Ground. Canadian bulk orders will arrive between two to seven days via DHL. Other international bulk orders will arrive between two to nine days via UPS WW Express.

Viewing your Purchased PDFs
If you purchased a PDF, please login to your Graphis account and view My Details. Click on the link under View Purchased Book & Magazine PDFs to access your PDFs. The PDFs are displayed in a Flash program for security reasons and are not available for download to your computer. If you are having trouble viewing the book, upgrade your web browser.
