There is a beautiful tree in my private neighborhood which one I admire for years. Friends of ours just bought the property that belongs to the tree. I asked them immediately if I could do a photoshoot around the tree. Or maybe more than one photoshoot.

I wanted to start this project around the magic tree in spring time with a romantic subject. The ballet class of my daughter inspired me and we invited the girls on a sunny weekend day in may to come along and be part of the inspiration and magic. The dance teachers Anais and Yasmin organized everything around the girls.

When I see the pictures it opens my heart and I remember at once the special atmosphere under that magic tree and between the girls. They were all so enthusiastic and concentrated. We all kept the energy of that shooting for a long time with us. There is more to come around this tree.
