With all the mirth, merriness, and general craziness, it’s a challenge to stand out during the holidays. While we imagine that clients appreciate our annual token of gratitude, we wanted to ensure that this year’s holiday gift had purpose and utility. We refuse to be re-gifted!
This was no easy task, so we invited the entire New York office to brainstorm ideas. It was fascinating—everyone brought something different to the table (pun intended). It was through this variety and collaboration that led us see a parallel between our core capabilities and essential cooking ingredients. Whether it’s enhancing a dish or elevating a brand, the value of both is to inject some much-needed outside flavor. Dubbed “Seasonings Greetings,” we designed artisanal herb packets to correspond to an internal department. Account management provides “sage” counsel; production delivers every “thyme.”
Scheduled to arrive before the Christmas holiday, clients received these cooking ingredients when they needed them most. In addition to receiving numerous calls and emails thanking us, clients expressed gratitude that we were able to provide them with something useful. This gift cemented our relationships and was a friendly reminder that our flavors are never frivolous.
