Entering its 20th year, award-winning San Diego-based Coronado Brewing Company felt it was time for a brand refresh that would coincide with the introduction of canned beer to its product lineup.
Our identity for Coronado Brewing Company focused on a few key opportunities: to make their name more memorable, increase impact and legibility, and curate a more modern sensibility. We also made minor artistic nips and tucks to CBC’s iconic mermaid, before rolling out a flexible, modular system to go to market.
The client felt that the logo refresh was a success and has since sought our services for a number of other brand and design projects.
