Several times a year, Tandus Centiva hosts a three-day, VIP client tour of their six manufacturing facilities to provide a behind the scenes look into the design, manufacturing and sustainability practices of this innovative flooring company. The goal was to elevate the overall experience and create a beautiful takeaway for their visitors.
We named and branded the experience to articulate the Tandus Centiva promise of endless innovation and their commitment to sustainability. Tatum Design created The Loop Tour brand initiative to elevate and enhance the client experience before, during and after the tour. As part of this initiative, Tatum Design created a takeaway brochure set of six brochures designed to help tour participants present and deliver the information to their colleagues and company leadership upon their return. Likely to be displayed on a person’s desk rather than stored away in a bookshelf, the unique and memorable piece was sure to keep Tandus Centiva in the forefront of their customer’s mind.
The client loved the book set. We had elevated the experience and gave it a level of sophistication worthy of their guests. Being able to give them something special upon their departure was a great culmination to a multiple-day event. The client has received abundant praise and great feedback on the pieces. The sets have been so popular and well received, and so extensively distributed, the pieces are currently on their third reprint.
