PPK has been a longtime supporter of the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, creatively helping to promote their efforts to fast track a cure for childhood cancers. In this case, we were tasked with creating an ad for ourselves, as part of the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation’s special annual event called Fashion Funds The Cure.
The ad was running in a program at the Fashion Funds The Cure event and we wanted to convey our steadfast support for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation in a “stylish” memorable way. So, we formed a necklace out of pills to reinforce the NPCF’s mission to fast track less toxic drugs for kids and put childhood cancer out of fashion forever.
The ad was definitely seen and talked about, since people couldn’t help but notice this distinctive image, which really stood out from other more traditional pediatric cancer ads in this program.
