Jameson is one of the world’s most beloved Irish Whiskey brands. This campaign was to raise the brand awareness during the 2016 Halloween weekend in Shibuya.
We developed the logo based on two different concepts using Jameson’s iconic “barrel” and mysterious “steampunk” style. For the 2016 Halloween campaign, we promoted Jameson on the streets of Shibuya. Converting a whiskey barrel, we created a mysterious steampunk “Jameson Barrel Bar” and had it run through the heart of Tokyo.
With a record breaking number of partiers celebrating Halloween at Shibuya in 2016, the Jameson Barrel Bar received a lot of attention to bypassers and became a popular topic on social media. The barrel bar was then displayed at several bars located around Shibuya.
