CoorsTek, the largest engineered-ceramics manufacturer on the planet, has an extensive portfolio of brands, products and services. Following a recent acquisition of its fiercest competitor, the company was ready to invest in a cohesive brand system.
We were tapped to develop a new visual identity for the growing brand. To support its launch, a key component of the rollout was to introduce the new identity internally. This was essential to create company-wide feelings of excitement, pride, and advocacy.
We designed a set of art-quality posters for all 7,000 employees featuring their beloved vision, mission, and values statements. The posters linked something recognizable – familiar brand language – with something new – the visual identity. The quality and design of the item reinforced the stature of the brand and the value it places on employees. Staff members around the world have shown their excitement by posting photographs of their posters on display. Finally, something tangible employees can be proud of.
