The agency was looking at a brand refresh to bring more focus to their unique point of difference to support their planned business growth. The identity refresh needed to bring the new brand proposition of ‘It’s personal’ to life, which plays on the agent’s deep commitment and trusted partnership approach. And reflect the overall Rose & Jones personality which is understated, smart and refined.
The Rose & Jones logo icon is created from the founder’s initials, which interlock into an ampersand. It is a symbol of an interconnected client-centric approach. The logo icon sits in a logo system where it can connect with the logo type, or sit as a stand-alone graphic icon. On imagery, the icon is placed on the junction of connecting images throughout all applications, which further represent the meeting of client and agent, of personal aspirations and trusted expertise. The very reduced colour palette supports the professional but warm tone, with the soft red reproduced as a metallic on selected applications.
The size of the agency almost doubled in the first 12 month after the launch of the refreshed brand. Despite their previous success, Rose & Jones was since able to secured their biggest deals to date.
