Design a 19 Dutch branded brochure with originally produced and branded visual collateral.
Since the building is located on lower Manhattan’s historic Dutch Street, we opted to create all the branding around Dutch inspired themes and design. Dutch elements like tulips, furniture, Piet Mondrian, and the concept of Gezelligheid - a Dutch word that translates into ‘conviviality', ‘coziness' and ‘fun', inspired the brochure and branding.
The client was very pleased with the sophisticated yet whimsical design of the brochure. All visual and graphic elements seamlessly lock together in one branding message and the building filled with residents quickly.
