Our assignment was to pick a brand and find a new way to advertise it while creating our own tagline and three print visuals.
We decided that our main message for this campaign was to accentuate the fact that Clif Bars are basically energy on the go. Our tagline: "Fuel The Journey" portrays our main message in a way that also promotes the brand as something you can take with you on whatever journey you're on. Sticking with the 'outdoorsy' aspect that the brand already uses, we decided to create three different print ads that all incorportated Clif on someone's adventure.
The result was point of view print ads of someone biking, kayaking, and mountain climbing. The graphics for the first two ads show the person in the middle of the action with a Clif Bar in hand, while our mountain climbing ad shows the end result of the adventure. We chose to do the last one differently so that our audience could see what Clif energy could help them achieve.
