Forms Needed to Enter Work?

The forms that you need to prepare your entry package(s) for shipping to Graphis can be printed out from the "Print Entry Labels", "Print Logs" and "Print Itemized List" buttons. All of them are already filled out with the information that you provided throughout the call for entry process.

How Do I Print a Form?

For each form, "Print Entry Labels", "Print Itemized List" or "Print Package Slips", click on the print format you need. The browser option will allow you to print from a new window in your web browser. The PDF option will open the form in a compatible program and you can select print from the menu there.

What is Graphis' Privacy Policy?

Protecting your privacy is important to Graphis. We strive to keep your personal information confidential. By ensuring that you are aware of and understand the Graphis Customer Privacy Policy, we can provide you with better service. For more See Privacy Policy.

Why Does Graphis Collect Personal Information?

To save you time and make our entry process even easier to use, some areas of the Graphis website allow you to create a "Graphis ID" using your personal information. Here's how it works: Simply fill out a brief profile - your agency name, address, phone number, and the person overseeing the entry process email and phone number; then choose a password. The system saves your information. Next time you enter work to Graphis, you can simply enter your username and password - the system will automatically look up the information it needs. This reduces the need for you to continually input your details.
Graphis does not share your personal information.

How Does the Graphis Call for Entry Site Protect Data

Account data is protected by two independent security protocols: encryption of data and a unique username and password combination chosen by the user.

Every time customers use The Graphis Call for Entry Site, they are first prompted to enter their username and password. No account information can be accessed unless these have been correctly entered.
