PROCESS OVERVIEW

ENTERING YOUR WORK INVOLVES 5 EASY STEPS:
Step 1: Create Entries The first step in entering any of our Annuals, Journals, or other books is to familiarize yourself with the process by reading the Entry Preparation, Categories and Terms & Conditions pages. Login then click on 'Enter Work' in the menu above and begin the user-friendly entry process. You will be asked to select the publication you wish to enter and then the category for which you will be submitting work. You will then be prompted to input specific entry and credit information, as well as the online judging images and high resolution image, for each entry you wish to submit. Once the entries process has begun, you will not be able to exit until you have completed every step. Step 2: Entry Information Here you will enter the information about your entry, such as the title of the entry, client's name and the people credited with the project you are entering. You will also upload a thumbnail image and larger image of your entry which will be used in the online judging process. Please be certain there are no spelling errors or incorrect data, as the information entered on this page will be used in the printed publication if your entry is selected as a winner. Step 3: Itemized List After you have entered your entry information, your entry will automatically be added to your Itemized List, a running record of all your current entries. By visiting the 'Itemized List' link, you will be able to add, delete, edit and duplicate entries. After you have finished creating all your entries, view your itemized list, and make any entry text corrections prior to continuing to the next step. You will also upload your high-resolution image at this point. |
Step 4: Payment Now that you have created your entries, checked your itemized list, and printed any necessary forms, you may proceed to the payment stage of the entry process. After your payment has been processed, you will not be able to edit, add to or delete that particular group of entries. You can enter additional work by logging on and creating new entries that will be displayed in a new itemized list. You can track all of your completed itemized lists by clicking on 'Entry History' under the 'My Details' link. Step 5: Final Preparations If you have paid online, your process is complete. If you selected Offline Payment, please print a copy of the Offline Payment Form. This copy, once complete, must be mailed with your itemized list to the Graphis office for proof of payment. We no longer require physical artwork to be sent to our office. However, if you feel your entry has a tactile quality that will be essential to the judging process, please submit the physical piece. We require you follow some basic packing and shipping guidelines, which are available by clicking on Entry Preparation. |
