From 1944 to 2005, Graphis, The International Journal of Visual Communication, presented the best work in graphic Design, Advertising, Illustration and Photography from around the world. The Magazine featured articles written by such distinguished authors as Truman Capote in Issue 86 on page 234, Tom Wolfe, Paola Antonelli and many more, on fascinating people and subjects as varied as Pablo Picasso, Saul Bass, Milton Glaser and Art Spiegelman, to name a few.
